Subject: Noise Problem in Apartment 5C
Dear Mr. Bauer,
I live in Apartment 4C, and I am writing about a noise problem with the apartment above mine, 5C.
For the past two weeks, there has been loud music and the sound of moving furniture almost every night. It usually starts at 11 p.m. and continues until 2 a.m. I work early in the morning, and I have not been able to sleep properly for days. I spoke with the neighbors personally last Friday. They apologized politely, and it was quiet for two days, but unfortunately the noise started again.
Could you please remind them about the building's quiet hours after 10 p.m.? I think an official note from you would carry more weight than another visit from me.
Thank you for your help with this situation. Apart from this problem, I am very happy in the building.
