1. Read the store’s return policy on the receipt.
2. Put the item, tags, and receipt in a bag.
3. Go to the store and find the returns counter.
4. Say, “Hello, I would like to return this.”
5. Explain the reason: wrong size, damaged, or changed mind.
6. Show your receipt and an ID if asked.
